5th Grade T-Shirt Contest Results

The 5th grade students at Sunrise Drive were invited to submit a t-shirt design for the promotion t-shirts that are being provided by the FFO. There were twenty very creative entries submitted that students then voted upon. There was a tie between the designs submitted by Bella U. and Ava H.

Students were asked to vote again in a tiebreaker. It was very close, but the design that won belonged to Ava H. The shirts will be printed by Barrio Promo and distributed to students the last week of school.

Remote students will be able to pick up their shirts at the school office beginning Wednesday, May 26 between 8:15-1:45or when they attend promotion on May 28. If they are unable to attend, parents may contact Ms. Davidson and arrange to pick up their shirt.

Scholastic Book Fair

Picture of books with Scholastic Book Fair logoThank you for supporting the Scholastic Book Fair! Students had so much fun shopping during lunch recess and got some great summer reads. The in-person and online book fairs earned Sunrise nearly $6000 in Scholastic rewards! The library received over $550 in new books(pictured right) purchased from the book fair. Thank you so much for your support!
